I'm writing a review because the technician by the name of Rene came out to my residence to relocate a gas line due to the inconvenience of it's location and a remodel idea I have. When he arrived I showed him my problem and he explained to me what needed to be done and gave me a price that I was not expecting then showed me why. However, while he was here I showed him another complaint I had that was a huge problem for me due to a lack of planning from another plumbing company. Was I on a budget, yes however, the amount of copper tubing they used to put in a contraption during a re-piping project that to me was so unnecessary they could have used to do what Rene did.
