"Richard was nice, knowledgeable, and seemed to be an honest person. He came out to the house (1:30 a.m.) for a back up, and had to snake the pipes from the roof because the original cleanout was sealed with age. A day later, we had a flood in the house from sewage back up, instigated by doing a load of laundry. The final report was that our pipes were made of "Orangeburg", pipes made of pressed wood fiber made during the war. $10,000 later, we seem to have clear plumbing along with sewar water damage that we're still working out with our insurance company. I would recommend RN Plumbing and Rooter."
