"Rene was up front and honest with me from the start. Had the best pricing and did exactly what he said he was going to do and more. Thank you for ending my 2-year nightmare with my sewer line up at the cabin. Rene and his crew are absolutely fantastic. I can't say enough positive things. Thank you for helping me out and not just taking my money like other companies did. A+++"

"I highly recommend RN Plumbing & Rooter! Rene and his son Angel came out to help me with a drain backup, and from beginning to end I had such a great experience. Rene was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain exactly what was causing the problem and what he was going to do to fix it. I really appreciated that he didn't just do the work, he made sure I understood what was happening along the way. Rene came prepared and even had a new cap for my exterior pipe, saving me an extra trip to the hardware store. He and Angel worked quickly and efficiently, and they even helped me unclog my outdoor backyard shower while they were here. One of the things that stood out to me most was watching Rene teach Angel as they worked together. You can tell Rene takes pride not only in doing quality work, but also in passing his knowledge and skills on to the next generation. I thought that was really great to see. The customer service didn't end when they left either. Rene recommended a product I could use to help absorb the remaining water and odor from the backup, sent me the information for exactly what to buy, and even followed up later to make sure I was able to find it. Those little details really made an impression on me. It's easy to see why RN Plumbing & Rooter has so many great reviews. Rene and Angel turned a very stressful plumbing problem into a positive experience. Thank you both for coming to my rescue and saving my day! I will definitely call RN Plumbing & Rooter for any future plumbing needs and will gladly recommend them to my family and friends."

"Best Plumming company around can’t recommend enough. Great service! Great prices! Exceptional communication"

"Needed a hose spigot installed off my kitchen. Spoke with Renee and he came out next day and gs does my needs quickly and with no mess exactly what I needed and wanted. Price was amazing couple hundred less than the first two calls I made. Will definitely call him for all my plumbing needs."

"On time and provided great service!"

"Had them fix my outside plumbing and did a great job. Highly recommend this company."

"Rene was recommended to me by a family/friends. He made the process so easy and explained everything thoroughly. Very professional and communication was excellent. Definitely willing to recommend Rene to my friends and family. If I can give 10 stars I would. Thanks again Rene."

"In a world where it's becoming harder and harder to find honest companies that truly put their customers first, RN Plumbing & Rooter reminded me that businesses with integrity still exist. I normally don't take the time to write reviews, but after the experience I had, I felt they deserved to be recognized. The plumbing problem I had was completely my own fault. Through my own ignorance, I created an outdoor plumbing issue and needed someone I could trust. RN Plumbing & Rooter was recommended to me, and from the very first interaction, I knew I had called the right company. The technician arrived exactly when he said he would, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He wasn't in a rush. He wasn't trying to impress me with technical jargon. He simply listened, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it the right way. What impressed me more than anything else was his character. Not once did he try to sell me services I didn't need. Not once did he pressure me into unnecessary repairs. His focus was on solving my problem—not increasing my bill. That kind of honesty is rare today, and it speaks volumes about the values of this company. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the price was more than fair. When the job was finished, I walked away feeling like I had received far more value than what I paid for. Companies don't build great reputations because of advertising. They build them one customer at a time through honesty, integrity, quality workmanship, and treating people right. RN Plumbing & Rooter has certainly earned my trust, and they have earned a customer for life. If you're looking for a plumbing company that will show up on time, do exceptional work, charge a fair price, treat you with respect, and never try to sell you something you don't need, I can confidently recommend RN Plumbing & Rooter without hesitation. Do yourself a favor and make RN Plumbing & Rooter your first call. You'll quickly understand why I took the time to write this review. Thank you, RN Plumbing & Rooter, for reminding me that integrity, professionalism, and exceptional customer service still matter."

"Great. Ethics and fair price Will refer to everybody. Thank you again"

"RN plumbing came out and handled a tough job of replacing all of my horizontal sewer lines within a quick six hour window. I was strongly recommend that anybody chooses this plumbing company. They are honest technicians with fair and competitive pricing"

"Rene from RN plumbing came out to flush a tankless water heater, while here he also repaired a loose kitchen faucet and did an amazing job. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. This company was referred to me and it has been a very pleasant experience. I, like most people would rather not have any plumbing issues but if I do I will definitely call them again. Thank you Rene for your outstanding service and taking pride in what you do, you deserve a raise. 😊"

"I truly appreciate Rene’s honesty and professionalism. I had a few gas leaks at my home. Rene and his team identified the gas pipes that were leaking and did the necessary repairs and replacements. They were very thorough by explaining every step of the repair to me. They also helped me replace my water heater. Their work is excellent and priced very fairly. Thank you, Rene and RN Plumbing & Rooter for your great work!"

"I had a slab leak that needed urgent repair, and the team from RN Plumbing and Rooter exceeded my expectations. They were punctual, transparent, and professional throughout. I really appreciated that they gave me three different options to solve the problem, clearly explaining each one. They diagnosed the issue quickly, completed the repairs efficiently, and did everything at a very fair price. My home was treated with care, the leak was fully resolved, and I highly recommend RN Plumbing and Rooter for their great service and value."

"Plumbing problems are no fun; but leave it to to Rene at RN Plumbing to take care of Your Problem. Once I noticed I had a problem I called a few plumbers but they weren't available quick enough, so I went to HD to buy a vacuum to start my Clean up my and there I see a van of a plumber. I called the number And René answers me and tells me he's about to finish a job nearby and could be at my house within an hour. I said please I really need help. Sure enough he showed up and cleared the sewer lines really quick and it only cost me $125 Rene was reliable, honest and knowledgable! I would definitely recommend them and call them again if I ever need help with plumbing. Thank You Rene"

"Rene answered my call right away. He asked some key questions to narrow down with the issue was. He was at my business within 30 minutes of the phone call. I asked for Hydro jetting, but he determined that Professional snaking was sufficient for the clogged clean out. It's very impressive that he did not try to sell me a service that would have been over $1500 and instead offered me the $125 service that I needed. Unfortunately, most places would have oversold to make the money. This is a family owned business, and 1 am incredibly impressed with their integrity. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly fair. RN Plumbing is my go to Plumber now."

"Wanted to say RN plumbing Service is great. Wanted to thank René for his service. He did an amazing job and a professional job. Also great pricing too. Will definitely recommend it and we’ll be Using their service if I ever need them"

"These guys are hands down the best. I gave them a call late in the evening over a plumbing issue I had. They had finished for the day but after I explained my situation they turned back around and agreed to help. For me that means alot. A price was quoted over the phone and once the job was finished he said cut it in half. Rene then stated sometimes its not even about the money, sometimes its for the client satisfaction . I am very grateful for these guys and will definitely refer them anytime I get a chance."

"RN was quick to Respond. Was competitively priced about 30% less than the major companies Rene The plumber did a great job, honest. I will use them again and recommend them highly."

"Rene is a rare plumber left on this earth. Rene kept it honest with me and 100% transparent. Unlike other plumbing companies where several just wanted to immediately replace my tankless water heater and charge me $1500 plus; Rene came in and diagnosed my specific issue which ended up being the shower valve. Now the tank tankless water heater is running flawless. Rene saved me thousands of dollars and only charged me a few hundred for the repair! 1,000,000% recommenced I am not a family or friend of his. I just found him on yelp and he turned out to be gold. HIGHY RECOMMEND!!!!!"

"Our hot water line to our washer was for whatever reason capped off and I asked Rene if would be able to attach a line that extends down to reach next to the cold water pipe line. He came out early in the morning to assess the issue and fixed it with ease. Very professional and did an outstanding job. I will definitely be reaching out to him for future jobs in our new home. "(Translated by Google) Good work, I recommend it 👍🏼 (Original) Buen trabajo lo recomiendo 👍🏼"

"Fast and great pricing. I called around to MANY places and pricing was crazy, these guys came in and handled it fast and on time. Would definitely recomend to others."

"If your looking for an honest, professional plumber, Rene is your guy. RN Plumbing and Rooter was referred to me by a co worker. Our water heater went out and Rene was over the very next morning to install a new one. He explained the process very well and even got us an awesome deal on the whole job. Thanks again RN, my family and I appreciate you."

"He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend rn plumbing and rooter to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable plumber. Will definitely have him come back for more work in the future. #fast #ontime #reliable #affordable"

"I would like to start by saying. Rene is a life saver he came and replace my tankless water heater without any issues of course it was under warranty but not many plumbers wanted the job. Affordable rates great professionalism highly recommend"

"Very professional"

"In short Rene to me was family orientated, seemed trustworthy, informational, direct, courteous and professional. He had a professional appearance, great attitude, told me what he was going to do before he did it, showed me why he was doing what he was doing, answered questions and DID NOT RUSH ME. He waited for me to be ready and reach out to him with a day that was good for me. Thank you Rene. I'm writing a review because the technician by the name of Rene came out to my residence to relocate a gas line due to the inconvenience of it's location and a remodel idea I have. When he arrived I showed him my problem and he explained to me what needed to be done and gave me a price that I was not expecting then showed me why. However, while he was here I showed him another complaint I had that was a huge problem for me due to a lack of planning from another plumbing company. Was I on a budget, yes however, the amount of copper tubing they used to put in a contraption during a re-piping project that to me was so unnecessary they could have used to do what Rene did. Thank you so very much Rene."

"Rene showed up the same day I called, and on time. Great work, fairly priced, and trustworthy. I would highly recommend RN plumbing."

"I found this company while searching for a plumber online. I called later that evening and explained the issue I was having. I spoke with Rene, who told me he could come the next morning to inspect the problem and fix it. He arrived right on time, was professional, and immediately got to work. After using his tools to inspect the pipes, he clearly explained what the problem was and quickly fixed it. Thanks to him, our toilets are finally flushing properly. I would definitely recommend Rene to anyone and will gladly use his services again in the future."

"Once again RN plumbing and Rooter came though and saved the day. Bath tub backed up I gave RN a call technician Rene came out was here 20 mins and all my issues went down the drain. Big TY to Rene. YOU ROCK!!!"

"Great plumber, kind, courteous, honest and very helpfull. Definitely call again and would refer to anyone"

"Super professional, quick, clean and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend for any plumbing needs!"

"We needed a plumber quickly to unclog the main line & this company responded fast. They were able to come within the hour on a Saturday afternoon. Clean, respectful & quick. I would recommend them."

"I truly recommend Rene, he really works with your schedule and gets it done as soon as possible!"

"Helped with water heater restart. Good work and a pleasure to work with. I will use this business for all my house hold repairs"

"Rene was very friendly and helpful. He said he’d be here at 9 and he was. He told me a certain price before working and even tho it was a little more difficult than he anticipated, he kept it at that same price. Very professional, very efficient. I will be going through RN Plumbing from now on."

"For about two weeks I was looking for a plumbing company. I kept finding plumbing company’s that we’re so rude and charged for consultation. Until I came across RN plumbing and Rooter Construction Inc; they were so helpful and willing to come assist right away. I am eternally grateful for Rene because he fixed an uncontrollable leak, and also installed my water heater, and installed my shower. The prices he provided were affordable. I don’t know what I would have done if I didn’t come across his page. Thank you for being so humble, respectful, and precise with your timing. If you guys need any plumbing services, he is the man for the job!! Don’t hesitate to give him a call!!"

"The first plumber thought we had a slab leak after knocking down 6 ft of stucco to find nothing so he recommended we called Rene at RN & sons to come and do a leak detection. Ultimately there was no leak found however Rene used utmost diligence to make sure there was no leak and was able to do additional work on the spot. A++++"

"Very happy with all the work, recommend to everyone."

"Very nice and honest."

"Had a water main leak coming from meter into house , the tee that goes to irrigation before house. Unions to pressure regulator fail now I need main stub up to house with shut off and tee to irrigation plus hose bib and pipe into house redone (never an easy fix as it appears) quoted a ridiculous amount from another company, I hire irrigation contractors as part of my job , so ridiculous price and knew approximately what this should cost , when I was given quote , fit in right at or less than I anticipated. Price was very fair , knowing what approximately the price should be, they were on time , tech was upfront and professional. Will be my go to plumber for any issue I will face. No need for you to go anywhere else, go ahead make the call and no matter what your issue at least get the peace of mind that you will get the quality of work deserved at the most reasonable price. Thank you"

"Great professional service, quick and on time. Very fair pricing. This is the second time I had RN Plumbing do a repair for me and I will be a customer for life!"

"Thank you so much Rene, highly recommend Rene was very honest he was very friendly and very professional and give us just the right price….before Rena we had contact 2 other companies and they never showed and the price was crazy expensive. My kitchen sink was leaking for the pass today not being able to find someone to fix it….it took him less then 30 min the min he saw the problem he knew what it was very knowledgeable hands down same day service. Please give them a try you won’t regret it.thank you so much again. God bless you and your business."

"As always they are available same day with extremely prompt professional and exceptional service. Enrique provides great customer service always and friendly!! Problem solved quickly with no mess or fuss !!! Highly Recommended"

"Excellent Service and Quick Response by Rene at RN Plumbing & Rooter! I had a plumbing emergency at my home and decided to call RN Plumbing & Rooter based on their great reviews. I was pleasantly surprised when the agent named Rene answered my call promptly and was able to schedule a same-day appointment to assess the issue. Rene arrived at the arranged time and was (!) extremely professional and courteous. He quickly identified the problem and recommended the most affordable solution. Not only did he provide top-notch service, but he also took the time to explain the issue and offer some helpful maintenance tips to prevent future problems. I was impressed by the level of expertise and customer service provided by Rene at RN Plumbing & Rooter. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable and skilled plumbing professionals. Five stars all the way! I promise you’ll want to give more than 5 stars."

"RN Plumbing did an outstanding job at a reasonable price. Will definitely use them again in a heart beat!"

"The service we received from RN Plumbing & Rooter was excellent, Rene was wonderful and polite and professional. I will call them again in a plumbing emergency. Thank you Rene you’re the best!"

"Had a problem with an aggressive water pipe leak in the front yard. Called RN, Enrique was so professional, informational and did a great job. Couldn’t be more impressed. Will be calling back for future projects. Thanks again Enrique"

"Rene is #1 awesome Service. I recommend RN Plumbing for everyone. May the Lord continue to bless his family🙏🏽"

"We had a plumbing issue and looked on Google and Yelp for 5 star reviews It brought me to RN Plumbing. I am so glad it did Rene was quick to respond, professional gave us a great price right away. He didn't beat around the bush and say oh it might be this or that. He went straight to the problem fixed it and the price was excellent. He and his company will be our plumber going forward for any of our plumbing needs. Thank you for being an honest and thoughtful person."

"Amazing service!! They were so kind & helpful. Very compassionate and worked hard to get our hot water on. Highly recommend! Thank you RN plumbing"

"I searched Craigslist and noticed RNs ad. I'm glad I called... the owner listened to my concern and scheduled a same day arrival. He showed up on time, and fixed the clogged shower drain issue in a matter of minutes. His rate is very affordable and he was very honest. I will definitely contact him again for plumbing services. Some background: I had a slow/no drain shower. I originally called All-Pro services, and they said I needed a whole house hydro jetting to fix this issue. I accepted, and the bill was astronomical! however, the drain was still not fixed. All they did was pressure wash 2 vent pipes from the roof! Learn from my mistake! Go with honest ppl like RN plumbing."

"Very professional on time and job well done to my satisfaction."

"Best plumber I have ever come across!! Rene quickly responded to my text and came to my home the same day. He explained everything he was going to do and did it so quick. Very affordable! I definitely found my new plumber .. thank you so much"

"I called RN Plumbing for a bid to replace out door spigot (hose bib) and replace a 3 piece kitchen faucet that had flow problems on and off for months. They came same day, gave an excellent price and did excellent work! I called my sister the next day to give her the good news (life has been tough lately) and she said "OH NO, i have an excellent plumber that I LOVE you could have used. I used RN Plumbing for my big rooter problem and they were wonderful. Rene will be my guy always...................I laughed because that is who I used too, for the first time. Got his business card so I could recommend his company . You will love them too."

"Very professional and honest. Thank you."

"Rene was at my home less then an hour Fixed the problem fast… Very happy with my service 👍🏼"

"I broke a pipe trying to be Mr. Fix it and failed miserably and on my sons prom night. I called around everywhere and they all said that they were too busy. Then I called Rene at RN Plumbing and Rooter and he had just got home from work and still came out to help us. He got the job done quickly and was affordable and my son was able to be ready for prom on time! Thank you Rene!"

"We purchased a new faucet for our drinking water line, but the hardware was larger than our previous faucet. After seeing we needed to drill a larger hole into our quartz countertop we weighed our options of, if we should just attempt to do it ourselves or call a professional. After pricing the drill bit we would need and other tools we were looking at a pricier project than we anticipated, plus the stress of "what if we crack our countertop while trying to do this ourselves?" So we started looking around and getting quotes and we found RN Plumbing! Rene and Julian came over the next day and were in and out in no time!! They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful and fast! We even chatted about future projects we want to do soon, and they explained the process of each project and the estimated cost. 5 stars - highly recommend! We will definitely be calling RN again for all future plumbing/gas projects!"

"Overall a great experience, fast friendly and quality work"

"The technicians were very professional and pleasant. Great term work, reasonable price. Keep up the good work."

"Finally! A plumber that cares about service and integrity. I can't say enough good things about Rene aka RN Plumbing. We had a toilet that didn't flush well. He could have easily insisted he needed to take out the toilet, etc. But instead he listened, did what he thought would solve the problem, charged us just a service call, which was very reasonable. And told us to call if the problem persists. Very impressed!"

"EXCELLENT! Rene was super prompt. Promised a great price and Armondo came through. I told them they're stuck with me now because it's hard to find good people like this. Totally trust them with all my home needs."

"Rene and Enrique came and help me with a leak. Will highly recommend to everyone"

"Yes here with Renee RN Plumbing one of the best around serving the IE unclog my tub and less than 5 minutes are highly recommend these guys family-owned business I'm thankful for them"

"Rene replaced my bathroom sink faucet. It works fantastic! He's very polite and knowledgeable! I will use his service again and recommend him to my friends!"

"If i could give more stars i would! Best Plumber around! I can't stress this enough, I've had about 5 or more plumbers/handyman come to do work around our house just to keep having issues. Rene and Enrique have changed our shower to tub, changed broken and leaking pipes, fixed our drain, and much more to help keep our plumbing run the way it's supposed to. If you want PROFESIONALS that are respectful, help you understand the problems, and get it done right, these are your guys! They speak Spanish too, and I haven't found anyone that beats their prices! They have a lifetime customer with my family!"

"Very reasonable and great work. Fast and efficient. I really liked the customer service. We will be saving this phone number and we now have a new plumber. Great work."

"I reached out to Rene to fix my parents clogged kitchen sink . Rene got the job done fast . Rene was very courteous. I highly recommend him . Also he is bilingual. Thank you for your great service."

"They fixed my mom’s and I shower drains, they were super fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend!"

"I cannot say enough good things about Rene & Enrique! They came out to service my home at 5:30 pm on the same day I called when several other providers told me it was "too late". I couldn't believe my ears! But Rene did not hesitate when I told him it was the only time I was available. And to top it off the prices were more than reasonable and no run around either. What's up with plumbers refusing to give a quote for something as simple as a faucet replacement over the phone? Thank you, RN Plumbing & Rooter! I am already ready to book them for another job!"

"Highly recommend .This is my 2nd time using Rene. First initial call was due to my tankless water heater giving up . Had 3 other companies out and they couldn’t fix it . But Rene took charge and got the work done . 2nd call was for a leak that damaged my ceiling came out and fix that too. Like I said Highly recommend"

"I wanted to write this review because our office plumbing got clogged entirely and we needed the Bathrooms asap. I called RN Plumbing and Rooting, and they came out super fast on the way to another job site. I appreciate them so much. They did a fantastic job at a great price and were "Back in Business". If anyone needs their service, please reach out."

"The plumber, Rene, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem correctly where others failed, he was very friendly and professional. But most importantly he was honest and least expensive with the highest quality one can ask for. Highly recommended."

"We need a sewer main to be looked at. Another asinine plumber in Orange gave asinine pricing and asinine diagnosis. RN plumbing and rooter came on the weekend and quoted sensible prices and actually got hired to do the work to perfection at a very good price. A+++ to Enrique and the crew and the owner Rene."

"I’ve used this company several times because I can always count on them. Dependable. Fast. Gets the job done."

"I highly recommend rnplumbing&rooter very honest & thorough. Very reasonable prices."

"René is awesome! I have been using a local well-known Plumbing business for many years, my parents used them for much longer. They were getting too pricey & seemed to always try to find something else to fix. On Nov '21 I decided to give RN a try for a new garbage disposal & leaky kitchen faucet. Price was well below the others; professional and great job over all. Late June had a clog in the bathtub drain. I needed to leave town for family emergency & he was able to come the next day & solved my problems quickly."

"Richard was nice, knowledgeable, and seemed to be an honest person. He came out to the house (1:30 a.m.) for a back up, and had to snake the pipes from the roof because the original cleanout was sealed with age. A day later, we had a flood in the house from sewage back up, instigated by doing a load of laundry. The final report was that our pipes were made of "Orangeburg", pipes made of pressed wood fiber made during the war. $10,000 later, we seem to have clear plumbing along with sewar water damage that we're still working out with our insurance company. I would recommend RN Plumbing and Rooter."

"Extremely happy we the service RN Plumbing & Rooter offered. They were on time, very friendly, professional, good pricing. We had a water heater leaking and they were quick to identify the issue. Very approachable and answered all our questions. Without hesitation would recommend them to my friends and family."

"Thank you for responding so quickly. You not only showed up early, you fixed the issue, your price was fair and we would absolutely call you for future needs. Great service!"

"Great service they came in did they’re job and fast and showed us the problem and we’re so professional we also needed them in an emergency and they came through thank you!"

"Mr. Rene came rescue me repairing my hot water. He is very professional, friendly , diagnosed the problem quick and repair. I highly recommend this company and Mr. Rene."

"I’ve been using this plumbing team since I moved into my new house about three years ago, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They’re a fantastic father and son duo—always professional, respectful, and reliable. No matter the situation in my home, they take care of it quickly and efficiently. The pricing is more than fair (definitely not an arm and a leg!), and they’re very clean with their work. It’s rare to find tradespeople who are this consistent and trustworthy. I highly recommend them! Rene and Julian thank you for all your hard work! Blessings!"

"Buen trabajo lo recomiendo 👍🏼"

"I had used this business few times in past year for my home's plumbing needs. My real estate agent recommended Rene to me and I am impressed with his services and had been calling him back few times as other plumbing issues arise. Rene is very reliable and very responsive. He will make time to come in the next day when I texted him for a service request and his prices are always fair and reasonable. Rene and his assistants always do the job quickly and they always did a good job to a point I never have to call him again to "fix" it again. He did a good job with water tank part replacement, detected a leak in my toilet, fixed the main water value leak in front of my house and replaced the bathtub spout. And they do not have issues again after he fixed them. I will recommend his business for your home plumbing needs!"
