When leaks keep coming back, patching them over and over stops making sense. At some point, the smarter move is a full reroute - bypassing the damaged section entirely and running fresh lines where they belong. That's exactly what we did here.

We rerouted both the hot and cold supply lines, running new PEX through the wall cavity and securing everything cleanly. The red line handles hot water, the blue handles cold - color-coded from the start so any future plumber knows exactly what they're looking at. No guessing, no confusion down the road.

Reroutes make the most sense when you're dealing with repeated leaks in the same area, older galvanized or copper lines that have corroded beyond repair, or a slab leak where breaking concrete isn't worth the cost or disruption. Instead of chasing the problem, you just go around it with new material that's built to last.

PEX is our go-to for reroutes. It's flexible, resistant to corrosion, handles temperature changes well, and holds up in tight spaces without a lot of fuss. It's the kind of material that lets you sleep at night knowing the fix is actually a fix - not a temporary band-aid.

We handle water line repairs, reroutes, and emergency plumbing service all across the Inland Empire and surrounding areas. If you've got a leak that keeps showing back up, or you've been told you have a slab leak, we can walk you through your options and find the right solution for your home.
