I asked for Hydro jetting, but he determined that Professional snaking was sufficient for the clogged clean out. It's very impressive that he did not try to sell me a service that would have been over $1500 and instead offered me the $125 service that I needed. Unfortunately, most places would have oversold to make the money. This is a family owned business, and 1 am incredibly impressed with their integrity. Unions to pressure regulator fail now I need main stub up to house with shut off and tee to irrigation plus hose bib and pipe into house redone (never an easy fix as it appears) quoted a ridiculous amount from another company, I hire irrigation contractors as part of my job , so ridiculous price and knew approximately what this should cost , when I was given quote , fit in right at or less than I anticipated. "Richard was nice, knowledgeable, and seemed to be an honest person. He came out to the house (1:30 a.m.) for a back up, and had to snake the pipes from the roof because the original cleanout was sealed with age. A day later, we had a flood in the house from sewage back up, instigated by doing a load of laundry. The final report was that our pipes were made of "Orangeburg", pipes made of pressed wood fiber made during the war. $10,000 later, we seem to have clear plumbing along with sewar water damage that we're still working out with our insurance company.
